We process all orders within 24 hours (Mon-Sat). Delivery takes 3-7 working days via our logistics partners Delhivery / Bluedart / Xpressbees.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for used or opened products. Return is applicable only if the product is damaged, wrong or expired on delivery.
To initiate, share a clear unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery at support@theselftheory.in. Approved returns must be initiated within 3 days. Refunds are processed to original payment source within 5-7 working days after quality check.

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
